Customer Surveys
 

 

We provide a survey service to your customers, which opens up a new avenue of communications for your business. A standard survey is provided and you are given the opportunity to ask specific questions in areas which you feel may need some feedback, in order to better your business, as well as to increase the satisfaction of your customers.

The benefit of a survey is to give an opportunity to your customers and clients, to let you know where they feel your business may need improvement. It can also give you the opportunity to reward those employees, who are going "above and beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, you will have the advantage of continually keeping your customers satisfied, which ensures the return of future business as well as the recommendation and/or referral of new business to you.

The importance of providing a survey to your customers is to get the "real story" as to whether or not your company is meeting your customer expectations and requirements. Large companies regularly survey their customers for this specific reason.

With implementing a survey, you will be able to identify and articulate customer problems and needs, which will enable you to develop appropriate methodologies to correct any problems foreseen. You will also gain a better understanding of your market. Many companies will launch a product with no target in sight and will fail to recognize when a market has peaked.

If you already are aware of problem areas, then chances are you know which type of survey your business requires at that specific time, however, if you are uncertain of problem areas, and would just like to see how your business is doing in the eyes of your customers, we suggest that you view a few survey examples prior to choosing. We will provide a mail out survey or a fax out, depending on your choice, both with a fax back reply. Prior to sending the surveys out, we will provide you with a few graph samples, so you can choose how you would like to see the survey results. Once the results are received, we then collect the data, input the information and graph your results (if you choose to have them graphed). Once our process is complete, you will be given the results of your customer feedback, thus allowing you to gain knowledge of areas felt to need improvement.
